Photography and cinematography have fascinated me for as long as I can remember. 

My original plan before becoming a chef was to study media design at a film and photography school in berlin. 

Due to my professional career I was unfortunately forced to hang up the camera for a while. Not only the focus for the beauty of things was lost, also the creativity and the courage to dare new things.

A change was needed! Here I am now... to be exact, I am sitting in a hotel bar... what I want to say: The realization that I have to live out beyond the kitchen creatively and above all absolutely free, was a big step towards satisfaction and happiness .
